Working with Magic
Magic is the supernatural power you have locked in the intuitive and sensual realms. It is the prime creative force that transforms your life. When you learn to harness this power and focus it in specific ways, you can shape your destiny and create the life you desire.
The good news is you don’t have to be a witch or wizard to use your magic. Magic isn’t based on any religion. It is the same underlying principle of many mystical and esoteric traditions and earth-centered spiritual practices. It is universal.
You will learn how to work with your magic power in Working with Magic. We start by outlining principles to help you use magical power effectively.
This course consists of four sessions. Each class is 2 hours long with time for questions.
Week One: What is Magic
This week’s session will define magic and offer some history of why magic has been the other spiritual practice. I will guide you through several exercises designed to help you sense the magical energy working within you. Magic is embodied, and you will learn to feel it within your body. You will also learn how magic can be a gateway to mystical experiences.
Week Two: Magic Rules
This week’s session outlines ten principles you will use when working with magic. I will guide you through a step-by-step process to incorporate these principles into your everyday life.
Week Three: Raise a Cone of Energy
This is a fun session because we will be working with energy. You will see first-hand how powerful your magical energy can be. When we raise a cone of energy, we enter an altered state of consciousness. In this state, your ego cannot function to limit or restrict your access to your power. I will show you various ways to raise energy and focus it on an intention.
Week Four: Rituals, Amulets, Tinctures, and Magical Spells
This week’s session is hands-on. You will bring your primary intention- something you want to manifest. We will discuss the components of ritual and ways to use ritual to create amulets, tinctures, and magical symbols to support the manifestation of your intentions. We will close with a ritual honoring your intentions and raising them together. Our combined energy is exponentially more powerful than our energy. So, you’re going to love this session!
One more thing
Magic has been the other spiritual practice, and by reclaiming it, we undo thousands of years of marginalization and oppression. I’ll share some of that history in this class and offer ways to use our collective magic to make a difference in the world.
